At each stage the quality control officer authorises the start of production and the machine tool operator, will be responsible for checking the regularity of the process.

If parts require heat or surface treatments, a spot dimensional check is made before shipping to external processing.

After heat or surface treatments our quality technical check parts again (hardness, depth, etc riquired by drawing), releases the approval for the next processing phase.

At the end of processing, in the controlled temperature metrological room, the final testing is carried out by releasing the certificate of compliance.
